This was my first ever Blog, way before the days of SEO-Chicks.com. Also before I understood the great importance of owning the domain to your blog so you can 301 redirect all the blog links =)But I feel a bit nostalgic about this blog so I'm keeping it. This will only be updated every now and then and mostly just information about me rather than a source of SEO. I'm originally from Trondheim , Norway but have been living in London for the past 10 years. I have 8 years experience in Marketing of which 4 in Search. I was previously Head of Search for Base One where I set up the Search department on the business. I now run my own Search Consultancy agency, Verve Search; offering SEO, PPC and Online PR. I'm heavily involved in the global search community and founded the blog SEO-Chicks.com in June 2007, I also currently blog for Searchcowoboys (a European search blog) as well as blogging for SEO Chicks and Verve Search. I have in the last 2 years one 2 awards, first one in Nov 2007 at the B2B Marketing Awards where I won the category "B2B Newcomer of the Year". In 2008 I won "Best Use of Technology by Under 30-Year-Old Woman" at the Blackberry Women & Technology Awards. I regularly contribute to publications on and offline and I'm a regular speaker at industry conference like SES and SMX.

Congratulations Lisa, really greta stuff. They offered me the old-timer of the year award but I'd be too embarrassed to turn up in my 70's flared suit to collect the award.
